Portlandia

Portlandia,Tonight, welcome to my world: Portlandia. I have lived in real life analogue of Portlandia for eleven years and is a place of dreams dreams of sleeping late, opening a yarn store, to become a Freegan, get rid of your car and become a passenger on a bicycle wearing only natural fibers, while a quarter of an hour of work in a donut shop without gluten. It is a city where young people have come to get away from being in a city. As Fred Armisen (now famous) said in the first episode of Portlandia, is where young people go to retire.

Is regionally specific, but in fact a parody of a certain state to another psychographic small cities, towns and university districts. And as a former resident of Ann Arbor and a current of Park Slope, Brooklyn (New York is too expensive to be properly relaxed, but is the closest local approximation), I'm probably as dead-center on his show that for any show outside Bored to Death.Already well known for his portrayal of President Barack Obama, Larry King and others as a cast member on "Saturday Night Live, Armisen is sharing his talent with the new program of the IFC" Portlandia.

The Long Island, the actor raised Movieline called to discuss his participation in the new project, its long-term friendship with Brownstein and his best memory of the 90's. Portlandia premieres tonight at 10:30 pm IFC.With all the great TV flying around, there can be no room for another show in his life, but you really should make time to visit "Portlandia," the program new comedy premieres Friday night (January 21) at IFC.
